Community Guidelines

These Community Guidelines help keep the CocoaHeads Albania shared spaces friendly, useful, and safe for everyone from first‑time learners to senior engineers. Please read them before posting.

  1. 1. Respect & Inclusion

    • Speak thoughtfully, assume good intent, and welcome members of every background, skill level, and identity.
  2. 2. Ask Clearly, Answer Kindly

    • When you need help, share context (tool versions, code snippets, error logs). When you offer help, explain why a solution works.
  3. 3. Constructive Feedback

    • Celebrate progress, suggest improvements, and keep critiques about the work—not the person
  4. 4. Share Generously (Credit Sources)

    • Feel free to post code, links, and resources. Always attribute original authors and note any license requirements.
  5. 5. Celebrate Wins & Lessons Learned

    • Launch something new? Fix a gnarly bug? Tell the story—successes and missteps teach the whole group.
  6. 6. Mindful Promotion

    • Personal projects and content are welcome—share once, in the appropriate space, and frame them as learning resources.
  7. 7. Iterate Together

    • Revisit these guidelines periodically. Propose tweaks in a dedicated “meta” space and refine by community vote.
